What is the Designer Dress Series?

A collaboration between two women with a passion for design and creation inspired by women within their community.

This Series was a year in the making.  A dream that became reality. A vision of a jaw dropping dress that couldn't have become what it is without the collaboration with Andrea Jones who is a local sewing artist or "sewist", in modern day terms. A dress that is meant to touch everyone who sees it.

Our first designer dress was a handmade vintage inspired and slightly bohemian dress is a flirty update to a timeless silhouette made for many occasions in mind. Featuring a plunging neckline that mirrors the open back and long illusion sleeves reminiscent of the most classically vintage dresses. The satin and georgette fabrics in a champagne color with lace overlay complete this fitted and slightly flared one of a kind design. .

During the design process of our third dress, the series transformed into designing a beautiful dress for someone special.  Every dress has a story, as well as the woman behind it.

These dresses have allowed others to hear stories of inspiring women.  We hope to continue the series and introduce many new designs, stories and the women behind it all.

There is only one of each dress in the Designer Dress Series and every design will be made in a different size than the previous dress.
